    What should I do if the problem about the earbuds is not mentioned in this FAQ?

    What can I do if the touch controls do not work always?

    1. Please touch the middle of the control area, and keep your hands dry, the earbuds may not response on wet fingers. 

    2. Please try to skip songs for more times to find your ideal frequency to control the earbuds. 

    3. Please touch the control area with different forces/angles/time to see if it works. 

    4. Another way for you to have a try: discharge the earbuds, then charge and reset.

    What does the LED on the charging case tell?
    The LED flashes slowly while charging the case. Red light 0-19% Yellow light 20%-69% Green light 70%-99% Green light stays on 100%
    What should I do if the charging case won’t charge
    1.Use a Type-C adapter to charge the case(current not more than 1A). The indicators flashes while charging. 2.Please charge the earbuds and charging case as least once per 3 months when not in use for a long time.
    What can I do if any earbud stopped charging?
    As there is no light on the earbuds when charging for Air3-Deluxe, you need to put the left earbud and right earbud one by one separately into the charging case to check. If the green light on the charging case is on, the earbud can be charged normally. If no light comes on, please use a bit of light sandpaper to clean the charging connectors on the earbuds and try to adjust the earbud to ensure there has green light flash on the case.
    Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after placing back into the case?
    "1.The charging case is out of battery. The case will not turn off the earbuds if the case battery is dead. 2.Please make sure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case, and the contacts on both charging case and earbuds are clean. Please try to clean them with something like microfiber cloth."
    The battery life is not as advertised?
    "A single charge will not support continuous use for 22 hours. The earbuds work 5 hours for a single charge and the charging case provides extra 3.5 recharges."

    it's a superb earbuds especially if used with Aptx codc , I own all edition air 3, air 3 Deluxe and air 3 Delux HD , I like air 3 Delux non HD because it uses APTX .
    the only down side is color and type of finish , the delux coms with shiny finger print magnet finish wich i dont like , i hope to see more option , something like Matt blue , red , white ...etc

    BEST Earbuds I have owned!!

    I bought these on Amazon, but wanted to leave a review here too.

    I have had a number of different Earbuds. These truly are the best in-expensive earbuds I have ever used. They have a very clear sound and the EQ mix setup that you can use in the SoundPeats app is amazing. You can have the sound tailored to your hearing for the best optimal sound.

    Not to mention the battery life goes the distance!! I use my earbuds all day long. Granted, I don't always have something playing, but I do listen to a lot of music and messages on YouTube. But yet, I forget when the last time I charged my case. I've been trying to keep more attention to it lately. It about once a week, I believe. Sometimes more depending on how much music I listen to.
