    How long it will take to charge the earbuds fully?
    It will take about 1.5 hours to charge the earphone fully.
    How many hours Force Pro will work after charged?
    Force Pro can play the music about 22 hours at 60% volume after fully charged.
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped charging?
    1. Please try to use another known working Micro USB cable to charge the headphone for more than 10 hours through your computer at first. 2. Please try to reset the earphone.
    How many mics on each earbud for Force Pro?
    There are two mics which supports CVC noise cancellation.
    How the lights flash when you use Force Pro?
    Blue light is on when using.
    How to reset Force Pro?
    1. Clear all pairing records from all your devices first. 2. Press the Multifunction button for 3s when it is charging and the LED light flashes blue twice.
    Could the Force Pro connect to several devices at the same time?
    Force Pro does not support to connect to several devices at the same time.
    What can we do if Force Pro won't turn on?
    1. Please check if it needs to be charged. 2. Try to reset the earphone.
    What can we do if the earphone stopped connecting to your device?
    1. Please check if the earphone can connect to other devices. 2. Try to reset the earphone.
    What can we do if the following issues happen? 1. One earbud has no sound, or both earbuds lost the sound. 2. The volume of one earbud is lower than the other.
    1. Please change other songs or videos to have a try. 2. Change other devices to see if the problem still happens. 3. Please try to remove the silicone ear piece and gently clean off the screen with a little alcohol. 4. Please try to reset the earphone.
    Why my earbuds lose conection somtimes?
    1) Please charge the Force Pro. (Low battery may cause the disconnection.) 2) If you use WIFI, please try 4G/5G to see if it gets better. 3) Could you please kindly make sure if there is any obstacle or interference around you while using the headphones? Like Wireless remote control equipment, radar and so on, the Microwave oven will also affect the Bluetooth signal. Please also make sure the distance between earbuds and device is in 10m when there is no obstacles. 4) Please clear the pairing record and restart your phone to have a try. 5) Please try to factory reset.
    How to adjust the volume on the Force Pro?

    What can we do if the Force Pro does not fit for you?
    There are several different sizes of ear tips in the package. Please have a try all of them.
    What is the waterproof of Force Pro?
    Force Pro+ has IPX5 water proof. They are not designed for swimming, showering, or exposure to pool or ocean water. Do not wear the earbuds in a sauna or steam room.

    Sumnjiva rabota

    Slušalice su solidnog kvaliteta zvuka, za ovaj novac nemojte očekivati premijum kvalitet. Udobne su za nošenje i baterija traje dosta dugo. Ono što me zabrinjava je to da kada pregledavam neki video na YT desi se da se prilikom prelaska sa jednog na drugi video slušalice se jednostavno diskonektuju i ponovo se konektuju. Ne znam zašto ali tako je.

    Great sound great earbuds

    As the title says great earbuds, powerul sound good high and lows. The only thing i miss are foamearpieces but i didn't expect those.

    The LG Tone Bluetooth headsets use to be my favorite. Now its the Soundpeats Force Pro. Truly the best clear crisp sound I have found and at a much better value. My brother hooked me on to this brand and i am very grateful he did.
