How long it will take to charge the case fully?

It will take about 2 hours to charge the case fully.

How long it will take to charge the earbuds fully?

It will take about 1.5 hours to charge the earbuds fully.

What can we do if the case stopped charging?

Please try to use another known working Type C charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer.

What can we do if the earbuds stopped charging?

When you put the earbuds into the case and you will see the red light on the earbuds when charging. If no light comes on, please use a bit of light sandpaper or microfiber cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging connectors and try to adjust the earbuds to ensure the red light is on.

What is the Bluetooth of Trueair2?

Trueair2 supports Bluetooth 5.2.

How many mics on each earbud for Trueair2?

There are two mics on each earbud of Trueair2 which supports CVC noise cancellation.

How the lights flash when you use Trueair2?

1. Pairing mode: One earbud flashes white and red, the other is white on. 2. Connected to device/Standby: The white lights are on the two earbuds. 3. Play the music: No light

How to reset Trueair2?

1. Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all of your devices. 2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure that both earbuds are in charging status, press and hold both multifunction buttons for 10s until both indicators flash in white twice. Reset complete.

Could the Trueair2 connect to several devices at the same time?

Trueair2 does not support to connect to several devices at the same time.

What can we do if the earbuds won't turn on?

1.Please check if they need to be charged. 2.Press and hold the MFB for 1.5s to power them on manually. 3.Try to reset the earbuds.

What can we do if the earbuds stopped pairing with each other?

1. Please check if the earbuds need to be charged first. 2. Try to reset the earbuds

What can we do if the earbuds stopped connecting to your device?

1. Please check if the earbuds can connect to other devices. 2. If any earbud flashes white light rapidly, please double tap the MFB. 3. Try to reset the earbuds.

What can we do if the following issues happen? 1. One earbud has no sound, or both earbuds lost the sound. 2. The volume of one earbud is lower than the other.

1. Please change other songs or videos to have a try. 2. Change other devices to see if the problem still happens. 3. Please try to reset the earbuds.

What can we do if the other side could not hear you when calling?

1. Please choose to pick up phone calls via the earbuds. 2. Please do not mute the phone calls. 3. Please kindly adjust the volume through the earbuds and devices to see if it works better. 4. If you are using the earbuds with an Android phone, please check the settings to see if you have allowed both phone audio and media audio to be transmitted through the earbuds. 5.Please change other devices to see if it gets better.

Why my earbuds lose connection sometimes?

1) Please charge the Trueair2. (Low battery may cause the disconnection.) 2) If you use WIFI, please try 4G/5G to see if it gets better. 3) Could you please kindly make sure if there is any obstacle or interference around you while using the headphones? Like Wireless remote control equipment, radar and so on, the Microwave oven will also affect the Bluetooth signal. Please also make sure the distance between earbuds and device is in 10m when there is no obstacles. 4) Please clear the pairing record and restart your phone to have a try. 5) Please try to factory reset.

How to adjust the volume on the Trueair2?

Volume + : Double tap the right MFB Volume - : Double tap the left MFB

What can we do if the Trueair2 does not fit for you?

Trueair2 is Semi-in-ear earphone without ear tips. But you could try to buy some earbuds covers which will help you well.

What is the waterproof of Trueair2?

Trueair2 has IPX4 splash proof. They are not designed for swimming, showering, or exposure to pool or ocean water. Do not wear the earbuds in a sauna or steam room.

Très bon produit

Sur iPhone, j'appréciais le confort et le son des earpods (prise jack). Aigus clairs et détaillés, basses rondes ou sèches et médiums bien dosés. Les airpods sont trop basseux à mon goût et ne correspondent pas bien à mes oreilles, je les ai renvoyés résingé à rester en filaire jusqu'à ce que je trouve cette alternative. Leur prix et le design simillaire aux earpods m'ont poussé à les essayer, puis à m'en reprendre une paire puisque mon fils avait fait main basse sur les premiers, puis une autre paire pour mon neveu qui trouvait le son "excellent" et une en blanc pour son frère un peu plus tard. Il ne me reste plus qu'à prendre une cinquième paire pour bientôt arriver au prix des airpods...

Amazing!!!

I have never in my life bought a pair of headphones with a better quality-to-price ratio. They are so durable, comfortable (to my ears at least, although I do admit mine are little uncommonly shaped), with amazing sound quality. I bought my pair 2-3 years ago, and they still work perfectly, though battery life did suffer a little bit, but that's probably because I drop them all the time. Oh and, even if they ever failed at connecting, one hard restart and everything would work again!
I have literally no complaints. When they finally completely break (if ever) or die out, I'm definitely buying another pair from SOUNDPEATS again, though probably a newer model :)

I received this as a gift, 3 months ago , and i am completely satisfied with this ones. Music and phone calls. I used it too in sports and don't fall. Take into account that if there is a problem with the pairing or strange behavior, you can easily reset the headphones, in the base, I only have to do it one time in 3 m. , and if you feel the headphones are losing volume. You have to clean the earwax accumulated in the earphone grids., and even if you see then clean, a thin film of wax is accumulated in the grids, and need to be dissolve and removed, this puzzled me some days ago. (see solutions in google). For sure next headphones will be SoundPeats.

This is my 1st purchase after heard about TrueAir from my friend, i am glad that I made my mind to own one!

Failed @ 12 months

Received a pair of trueair2 last Christmas and for a year they have worked well. On Dec 23 this year I noticed my right headphone light was on red all the time while in the case but it still worked. That condition still exists but now it fails to work at all. No power on message no pairing.

Excellent sound personally for me! Landing is convenient! I did not listen to them on the street, I hope they will be heard better than the street. But in the closed room everything is just fine! I came to ekb for 7 days by courier IML.
