Q1: How do I power on and pair them for the first time?
Follow these steps after unboxing:
1. Remove the insulating protective film from the charging contacts on both earbuds.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
3. Open the lid again; the earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. Select "SOUNDPEATS CC3 Pro" in your device's Bluetooth list to connect.
Q2: How do I connect to two devices at the same time (Multi-Device Connection)?
The initial setup requires manual pairing:
1. Put the earbuds in pairing mode, connect to Device A, then turn off Bluetooth on Device A to let the earbuds re-enter pairing mode.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on Device B, and click "SOUNDPEATS CC3 Pro" to complete pairing.
3. Go back to Device A, turn Bluetooth back on, and click the paired earbud name to finish multi-device connection.
Once paired for the first time, both devices will automatically reconnect in the future.
