    please try to use another known working Type C charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer.
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped charging?
    When you put the earbuds into the case and you will see the red light on the earbuds when charging. If no light comes on, please use a bit of light sandpaper or microfiber cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging connectors and try to adjust the earbuds to ensure the red light is on.

(Low battery may cause the disconnection.) 2) If you use WIFI, please try 4G/5G to see if it gets better. 3) Could you please kindly make sure if there is any obstacle or interference around you while using the headphones? Like Wireless remote control equipment, radar and so on, the Microwave oven will also affect the Bluetooth signal. Please also make sure the distance between earbuds and device is in 10m when there is no obstacles. 4) Please clear the pairing record and restart your phone to have a try. 5) Please try to factory reset.

    Too good but not perfect

    I need support from soundpeats app, a transparency mode Will ve awesome, the headphones they isolate outside noise well and sometimes that is not good at all.
    Will be cool when i open the headphone case, the batery leds illuminates instantly.
    The foam pads are not comfortable, I didn't like them at all, I really don't know how they could be improved

    These are awesome

    I absolutely love these earbuds! I was tired of only hearing the music or the vocals, with these earbuds you can hear every aspect equally of the song. There is no crackling like with raycons. I have everyone try listening with my soundpeats and like me, they are sold on them immediately. Sound quality is what I was looking for and these are the best!

    Not what I expected. It's really big and it keeps falling off my ears. The sound is mediocre as there isn't a lot of bass even after using an equalizer. Packaging is ok

    Delivery will be fast long before expected, I still don't test the hearing aids well but the little I 've had sounds very good and has good bass and very good construction material just like the design thanks to the seller. It is very good product quality price and I arrive very fast to CDMX MEXICO I will start using what little I have had them are OK in sound I will see how hard the battery, thanks to the seller.

    the item was as described and shipped timely, but one of the earbuds is defective. Seller was not much help in resolving, so AliExpress stepped in, but they also exceeded the estimated resolution period. The case was supposed to be closed/resolved by Dec 8th, but that didn't happen. still waiting on AliExpress's decision on my claim of refund the earbuds are great when and if they work as expected. one earbud keeps disconnecting randomly. I tried resolving with the seller but unsuccessfully. AliExpress stepped in to help but they also exceeded the expected date of resolution, so I am left hanging, with a defective pair of earbuds

    Excellent phone (are sending the model 2021 with Chipset Qualcomm QCC3040). Battery lasts, am using is 1 week and still not needed recharge case. Fits well in, without getting that feeling that will fall. The sound quality is very good, recommend.
