Why my earbuds lose conection somtimes?

Like Wireless remote control equipment, radar and so on, the Microwave oven will also affect the Bluetooth signal. Please also make sure the distance between earbuds and device is in 10m when there is no obstacles. 4) Please clear the pairing record and restart your phone to have a try. 5) Please try to factory reset.

What is the waterproof of Q30 HD+?

Q30 HD+ has IPX5 water proof. They are not designed for swimming, showering, or exposure to pool or ocean water. Do not wear the earbuds in a sauna or steam room.

Completely broken in 6 months

These headphones began to physically disintegrate after about 4 months. Some ad hoc repairs with glue etc have kept them limping along for another two months. One ear started to "fade out" and get quieter and quieter around the five month mark. Today (roughly 6 months) the "loud" ear started to cut in and out randomly. Since the "quiet ear" is now so quiet that it can't be used in a space with any background noise, these headphones are fully useless after 6 months. Would not recommend. Site unfortunately will not let me leave a "verified review" because the review link has apparently expired at this point.

These are great

Last all day, playing music, quality is good and the mic isn't bad! Super comfortable to wear too.

Very robust, full of tech, good value

NB: in my job I have been through lots of bluetooth headphones. Had the previous micro USB SoundBeats Q30 HD version which although a little bit bassy there tough as old boots, used daily for multiple hrs and they've been faultless. I especially like the rubberised cable it seem to reduce strains and pulls.
I now have the updated "SoundBeats Q30 HD+" roughly the same but with USB C and longer battery life. The woman voice thats say "connected" has become sassier more HD+. Also the kit comes with greater range of ear shape rubbers. Will compare the sound quality between them at some point.

Really great earbuds

I found a pair of these on my local rail trail and even though I didn't buy them and obviously looked for anyone who may have accidentally dropped them, I did bring them home, clean them up and charged them. Works extremely well for my needs, I listen to a ton of podcasts and voice wise these are so clear with just a touch of bass, the midrange level is fantastic so as far as I'm concerned for under 30 clams these really are good!
