    What should I do if the problem about the earbuds is not mentioned in this FAQ? If there is no solution for your problem in this FAQ, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team and we will provide you a solution as soon as possible. If we confirmed that the problem couldn't be solved, we will apply the replacement or refund for you. SOUNDPEATS provides an 12-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.
    What can I do if the touch controls do not work always? 1. Please touch the middle of the control zone. And when your hand is wet, the touch control may not work, please keep your hand dry. 2. Please try to skip the songs more times, you will find the best frequency to control the earbuds. When you don't find the frequency you may think the earbuds don't work, please give it some patient. 3. Please touch the control area with different forces/angles/time to see if it works. 4. Another way for you to have a try: discharge the earbuds, then charge and reset.
    What does the indicator on the charging case tell?
    It shows the battery power left in the charging case.

    50%-100% Green
    10%-49% Yellow
    10% or less Red

    While charging the case, the indicator flashed slowly.
    0%-19% Red
    20%-69% Yellow
    70%-100% Green

    What should I do if the charging case won’t charge?
    Please try to use another known working charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer. Compared to other electronics, the headphones are low power products. Hence for charging safety, please do not use fast charger.

    What can I do if any earbud stopped charging?
    Please put the earbuds into the case and you will see the red light on the earbuds when charging
    Warm tip: Please be careful not to press the earphone too hard in the charging case, so as not to damage the copper pillars in the charging case.

    Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after placing back into the case?
    1.The charging case has no remaining power. Placing the earbuds back into the charging case can’t turn them off if the case battery is dead.
    2.Please make sure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case, and make sure the charging contacts are clean. Please try to clean the places between the charging case and the earbuds with something like a microfiber cloth.

    Does the earbuds not use for a long time without charging cause the earbuds not to turn on or the battery to drain quickly?
    The battery of the earbuds needs maintenance and should be charged at least every three months, if not, the earbuds can cause deep self-discharge by not charging for a long time.
    In addition, not using the earbuds for a long time, and earbuds storage location is not dry, moisture will also cause damage to the earbuds.
    If you haven't used your headphones for five months, the battery is probably dead. At this point, we suggest that you first check whether the charging case has power (whether the indicator light is on) and whether the charging contact at the bottom of the earbuds and charging case is dirty.
    If there is dirt, please clean the charging contact at the bottom of the charging case with a dry cloth or towel. As for earbuds not turning on or the battery drain rapidly when earbuds are taken out of the case, Our recommendation is to place the earbuds into the charging case for 2 hours and close the cover repeatedly and try this way for 1-2 days.

    2. Please make sure that the earbuds Bluetooth name is the default “ SOUNDPEATS Mini Pro HS “.If you changed the default name, please change to its original format. Then restart your phone. Please note that if you change the default Bluetooth name of the model, it may cause connection issue to this app.
    3. Please make sure both earbuds pair with each other, then connect to you phone first. After the earbuds connected to your phone, then please open the app to connect earbuds.
    4. If the earbuds could not still connect to app, please follow the steps one by one:
    -try to turn off earbuds app completely (Turn off the background running of the app totally);
    -unpaired the earbuds via your phone, then turn off phone Bluetooth;

    -re-open the app to search earbuds to connect to app;

    What can I do if the APP could not update?
    Please try the following:
    1. Please try to reset the earbuds as the manual;
    2. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and leave some time for the two earbuds to pair with each other. Then please turn on the blue tooth of your phone to connect with the earbuds;
    3. Make sure your phone is connected with good network. Turn off the app and reopen it;
    4. Try to connect the app with your phone and do the upgrade again;

    Precautions during the app upgrade process:
    1. During the upgrade, the distance between the earbuds and the mobile phone must be within 0.5 meters;
    2. Do not put the earbuds into the charging case;
    3. Do not disconnect, play music, or answer the phone calls;
    4. Don't close or shrink the upgrade page;

    Effective Active Noise Cancellation

    I use these buds around the office for calls, and at home for YouTube videos, Amazon music, etc. They're very comfortable for extended wear. The sound quality is as good as any other bluetooth buds I've tried.

    What I really like are the noise cancellation modes - pass through, normal, and ANC. The difference between modes is very noticeable. Pass through is nice when you need to have a side conversation; normal is good for walking around town, when you need to have some awareness of traffic, but still want good sound, and ANC is great for meetings.

    Recommend!

    To start, the case that these buds come with is surprisingly good. It feels well built and looks sharp. It also is a great size, especially compared to previous pairs of wireless earbuds that I have owned.

    The battery life on these earbuds is good, with a full charge of the buds lasting about a half a day of constant use. And, this can be increased by the case, giving the buds more than enough battery life.

    The audio quality of these buds is acceptable. They sound reasonably balanced, but a little bass heavy. Of course, most wireless headsets I've used tend to be low on the bass, so I'd rather it skew this way!

    Overall, these buds deliver good sound and battery life in a solid case. And at this price point, they perform as well as other buds at or even more expensive that I've used. The minor knocks on audio quality are to be expected of wireless headsets at this price. If you really want the best audio quality at a lower price, wireless headphones are probably not the most cost-effective option.

    But for normal use, these are easy to recommend!

    Good enough

    I've started to migrate away from Bluetooth and focus on quality wired connections for music. However, sometimes it isn't possible to stay wired.
    I've enjoyed other Soundpeats products, so I decided to try these out, especially with the LDAC codec. (If you don't know, LDAC transmits the most data over Bluetooth, getting us closer to a wireless lossless sound) Anyway, LDAC is supposed to provide the best sound via Bluetooth.
    These fit like the airpods pro, so they don't cram far into the ear canal. These just seal off the ear canal. A good seal to the ear canal is crucial for the best sound, and I've always had issues getting buds like these to maintain that seal. These actually sealed fairly well and they are very comfortable to wear.
    The sound quality is very subjective and I'll provide my opinion on the sound. I tried the preset EQ settings and they all sounded pretty bad. It either sounded muffled or very tinny. I finally found a custom EQ setting that sounded good for all genres of music. I'd say the sound is definitely not bass-heavy rather leaning to the highs. Some songs had shrill highs (I used all hi-def master tracks for testing so it's not the source that is shrill)
    The noise cancelling worked fairly well. It masked the sound of my fan and brought my TV down to a murmur. The pass-thru function could be a little better. It didn't really amplify the surroundings.
    After I fiddled with the settings, I finally got these to a point where I can recommend them.

    Great functionality

    These are a nice set of earphones without the super high price tag.
    The noise cancellation was about the same as my Airpods that I have. They cancel out different sounds, but both are pretty good at stopping most of the external noise from coming in. It also lets you switch between listen through mode and standard noise cancellation.
    Sound is good. So is the comfort level. Battery level is also good. Easy to charge and see when things are ready to go.
    These are basically solid wireless earbuds.

    Good Earbuds

    I've always liked the SoundPEATS brand. I own several of their earbuds. This is no exception. Very nice looking with nice copper colored accents. Makes them look very expensive.

    Sounds quality is wonderful. Maybe a tad high on the bass but there is an app that allows you to create your own equalization along with a bunch of presets. I found the presets to be terrible, but you can just use the SoundPEATS Classic and it will be just fine.

    I have no way of testing the LDAC codec but I have no reason to believe it wouldn’t work fine.

    All in all a great product at a great price.

    These are nice earbuds. They sound great, feel good in my ears (and don’t fall out), and feel like good quality. If you’re looking for a decent quality pair of buds that won’t break the bank, these are a good choice.

    The buds sound great, and I like that I can activate game mode and ANC without needing to go to the app. But I did find them not all that responsive to taps. Sometimes tapping on one of the earbuds does nothing. Sometimes it takes several attempts to get them to respond. This should get ironed out in a firmware update. A little annoying but not a show-stopper.

    The ANC works great. I tried standing in front of a 60DB air conditioner with them in ANC mode, and the sound nearly disappeared. I’d say the 40 DB ANC noise reduction is accurate. I also checked out the game mode by watching a few YouTube videos. I can still detect lip-sync delay, but not so bad as to be annoying. I’d say the 70 ms latency they quote is accurate.

    These are decent earbuds. The annoyance with the app is a minor issue, and a firmware update will no doubt fix the other issue. Once they are paired, and you’re listening to music, they are great. I checked out the supported codecs, and I’m posting a screenshot with this review. They support SBC with a high bit pool of 52 (equates to about 380 kbit/s), AAC, and LDAC. I have an iPhone, so I could only test LDAC on my PC. It works and sounds good, though, to my ears, I didn’t notice any difference over AAC. That could be my source (I’m using Spotify, which caps out at around 320 kbit/s).

    There are better buds out there, but these are quite good for the price, especially if you have a device that supports LDAC.

    Surprised by the sound

    Capsule3 Pro themselves are actually pretty good. The battery life is excellent, easily lasts a couple days of medium use. The noise cancelling is good, and just like all the others, some low and high frequency noises will still find their way in. Phone calls were good, as well. People on the other end could hear me clearly and with minimal background noises.
    Overall, these are a really good pair of earbuds. I do highly recommend them, I just don't like the idea of forced app registration and account creation.
