I recently purchased the Capsule 3 Pro+ earbuds from your official Pakistani website between September 3-4, . Unfortunately, I encountered a battery issue and other performance problems within the first two days. As a result, I filed a warranty claim, and you were kind enough to send me a replacement unit.
While most of the issues have been resolved with the new Capsule 3 Pro+, the battery problem still persists. I have noticed that for the first 12%, the battery lasts for an hour, which is satisfactory. However, after this point, the battery drains significantly, dropping more than 30% within the next hour. This performance does not match the advertised battery life of 8 hours (without ANC and transparency mode).
I use my earbuds at 60-70% volume without any additional settings like ANC or transparency, but the battery lasts for nearly 4 hours and a few minutes when used continuously.
I am seeking clarification on what might be causing this issue and what steps can be taken to resolve it. For reference, my older Mini Pro, which is 1.5 years old, does not have such battery problems.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
