  • Three Points. One Balanced Fit.

A 140° triangular structure creates three points of contact around the ear, distributing pressure instead of concentrating it in one spot. Like a small support bridge, it helps keep the headphones steady while making the fit feel more balanced and comfortable.

Bend It. Fit It. It Remembers.

A flexible 0.7mm titanium memory wire lets you fine-tune the earhook to your own ear shape. Bend it into position, let go, and it springs back into shape, combining flexibility with lasting structural stability through 2,000+ reliability test cycles.

    Soft Where It Matters Most.

With 81.5% soft silicone coverage across the earhook, more of what touches your skin feels smooth and flexible. The seamless surface reduces the rigid, hard-contact feel of traditional earhooks, creating a fit that feels closer to a second skin.

From Your First Step to Your Hardest Set.

Running, jumping, boxing, training, and everything in between. The earhook structure has gone through 2,000+ intense movement tests to help keep the headphones firmly in place when your day gets more active.

One Pair. From Morning to Midnight.

Your listening day doesn't stop after a commute. The balanced earhook design is made to stay comfortable through work, workouts, calls, gaming, and evening downtime, helping keep pressure and listening fatigue to a minimum from morning to night.

    Different Ears. One Adaptable Fit.

There is no such thing as a universal ear shape. Drawing on analysis of 150,000+ real ear profiles, the flexible 0.7mm titanium memory wire is designed to adapt to a wider variety of ears, letting you shape the fit instead of simply accepting a fixed one.

Big Drivers. High-Resolution Sound. All-Day Listening.

The 15.4mm dual-magnetic drivers bring more room for powerful bass and expressive dynamics, while LDAC and Hi-Res Audio Wireless support high-resolution wireless listening. With up to 30 hours of total playtime and 10 minutes of charging for up to 2 hours of playback, your music can keep going with you.

    Protection Built Into Every Charge.

Six layers of battery protection help safeguard against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, and electrostatic discharge. Add IPX5 water resistance, and GoFree 2S is built to handle the everyday demands of charging, movement, sweat, and light splashes.

Ready for Calls, Work, and Play.

AI dual-mic technology helps keep your voice clear by reducing surrounding noise during calls. Bluetooth 6.0 Multipoint lets you stay connected to two devices, while 70ms Game Mode helps keep audio closer to the action when you're gaming.

Why is the volume lower than my previous in-ear earbuds?
GoFree 2s is an open-ear headphone that sits outside your ear canal without blocking it, so some sound naturally escapes. Try increasing the volume or adjusting the position of the earbuds so the speakers face your ear canals more directly.
Why does the bass feel weak?
Open-ear headphones do not form a sealed space in the ear canal, so low-frequency perception can be different from that of in-ear earbuds. You can adjust the EQ settings in the SOUNDPEATS App to enhance the bass according to your preference.
There is sound leakage. Is this normal?
A small amount of sound leakage is normal with open-ear headphones. To minimize it, wear the earbuds correctly and adjust the angle so the speakers face your ear canals directly.
I can only hear sound from one earbud. What should I do?
First, check whether both earbuds have sufficient battery. Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and open it again. If the issue persists, reset the earbuds and pair them with your device again.
There is a delay when watching videos or gaming. What should I do?
Tap the left earbud three times to turn Game Mode on or off. Game Mode is designed to reduce audio latency. Also make sure your device, operating system, and apps are up to date.
The person on the other end can't hear me clearly during calls. What should I do?
Make sure the earbuds are worn correctly and the microphones are not covered. Avoid strong wind and noisy environments, as they may affect call clarity. Also check that the earbuds have sufficient battery and are properly connected to your device.
How do I pair the earbuds with my phone?
Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. On your phone, open the Bluetooth settings, search for available devices, and select “SOUNDPEATS GoFree 2s” to complete pairing.
My phone can't find “SOUNDPEATS GoFree 2s”. What should I do?
    1. Make sure the earbuds are powered on and in pairing mode.
    2. Keep the earbuds close to your phone.
    3. Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone.
    4. If the earbuds were previously connected to another device, turn off Bluetooth on that device or remove the earbuds from its Bluetooth list, then try pairing again.
The earbuds don't reconnect automatically. What should I do?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your last-paired device and take the earbuds out of the charging case. If they do not reconnect automatically, select “SOUNDPEATS GoFree 2s” from your device's Bluetooth settings to reconnect manually.
How do I reset the earbuds?
With the earbuds inside the charging case, long press the touch control areas on both earbuds for 10 seconds. The charging case light will flash red and white alternately twice, indicating a successful reset. After resetting, remove “SOUNDPEATS GoFree 2s” from your device's Bluetooth list and pair the earbuds again.
The connection keeps dropping or the audio stutters. What should I do?
    1. Keep the earbuds within the recommended Bluetooth range and avoid major obstacles.
    2. Avoid strong sources of 2.4 GHz wireless interference, such as Wi-Fi routers.
    3. Reset the earbuds and pair them with your device again.
    4. Make sure both the earbuds and your device have sufficient battery.
How do I clear the pairing history?
Resetting the earbuds clears their pairing records. You can also select “Forget” or “Remove” for “SOUNDPEATS GoFree 2s” in your device's Bluetooth settings.
How do I connect the earbuds to two devices at the same time?
    1. Pair the earbuds with Device A, then turn off Bluetooth on Device A.
    2. Pair the earbuds with Device B and keep it connected.
    3. Turn Bluetooth on Device A again.
    4. Enable “Dual Device Connection” in the SOUNDPEATS App if needed.
After the initial setup, the earbuds can automatically reconnect to both paired devices when Bluetooth is enabled.
Why can't I use Dual Device Connection and LDAC at the same time?
Due to Bluetooth bandwidth limitations, Dual Device Connection and LDAC cannot be enabled simultaneously. You can select the feature you prefer in the SOUNDPEATS App.
Why doesn't Dual Device Connection work out of the box?
Dual Device Connection is disabled by default. Open the SOUNDPEATS App and enable “Dual Device Connection” before using the feature.
When both connected devices play audio, which one will I hear?
Audio playback may switch between the two connected devices depending on the device and app. For a more reliable switch, pause playback on one device before starting playback on the other.
How do I download the SOUNDPEATS App?
Search for “SOUNDPEATS” in the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code included with the product.
What can I do with the App?
You can customize touch controls, adjust the EQ, enable or disable Game Mode, LDAC, and Dual Device Connection, check battery status, and update the firmware.
The App can't find my earbuds. What should I do?
Make sure the earbuds are paired with your phone via Bluetooth first. Then take the earbuds out of the charging case and open the SOUNDPEATS App. Keep the earbuds close to your phone during the connection process.
The firmware update failed or was interrupted. What should I do?
Make sure the earbuds and charging case have sufficient battery. Keep the earbuds close to your phone and maintain a stable Bluetooth connection during the update. Avoid playing music, making calls, or disconnecting the earbuds while the update is in progress. If the update is interrupted, restart the SOUNDPEATS App and try again.
How do I restore the default settings in the App?
Open the settings in the SOUNDPEATS App to restore the default EQ or control settings. You can also reset the earbuds to restore their factory settings.
How do I charge the charging case?
Connect a Type-C charging cable to the charging case and connect it to a compatible USB power source.
What do the charging case indicator lights mean?
The indicator light shows the charging status and remaining battery level of the charging case. During charging, the light indicates the charging progress and turns solid green when fully charged. When the case is not charging, the indicator color indicates the remaining battery level.
The earbuds are in the case but are not charging or turning off. What should I do?
Make sure the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case and that the charging contacts are making good contact. Clean the charging pins and the contacts on the earbuds with a dry cloth or cotton swab, then place the earbuds back in the case and try again.
The battery drains quickly. What should I do?
    1. Place the earbuds back in the charging case when they are not in use.
    2. LDAC and Dual Device Connection consume more power, so consider disabling them when they are not needed.
    3. Check for firmware updates in the SOUNDPEATS App and keep the earbuds up to date.
How should I maintain the product if I don't use it for a long time?
If you will not use the product for an extended period, charge it at least once every three months to help maintain battery health.
The charging case won't charge the earbuds. What should I do?
Try another Type-C charging cable and compatible USB power source. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case, then try charging again. If the issue persists, contact SOUNDPEATS customer support.

Touch controls can be customized in the SOUNDPEATS App.
The touch controls are not responding or respond by mistake. What should I do?
Make sure you are touching the designated touch control area accurately. Avoid touching the controls while adjusting the fit. If the issue occurs frequently, try resetting the earbuds. Touch controls may not respond while the earbuds are charging in the case.
How do I wear the earbuds correctly?
First identify the left (L) and right (R) earbuds. Place the earhook around your ear as shown in the User Manual, then adjust the position of the earbuds until the speakers are directed toward your ear canals and the earbuds feel secure and comfortable.
The earbuds feel tight or fall off easily. What should I do?
Adjust the position and wearing angle so the earhook sits comfortably and securely around your ear. The speakers should face your ear canals without creating excessive pressure. If the earbuds continue to feel uncomfortable or unstable, try adjusting the wearing position.
How do I activate the voice assistant?
Tap the right earbud three times to activate your phone's voice assistant, such as Siri or Google Assistant.
